Please bring a government-issued photo ID, your FAA MedXPress confirmation number, current medications and dosages, and any relevant medical records or FAA correspondence.
Do I need to complete MedXPress before the exam?
Yes. Pilots should complete MedXPress before the appointment and bring the confirmation number to the visit.
